ST. LOUIS PLANNING COMMISSION
ST. LOUIS, GRATIOT COUNTY, MICHIGAN

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Date: January 14, 2026, Time: 5:30 pm, Location: St. Louis City Hall-300 North Mill Street St. Louis, MI 48880

Please take notice that the St. Louis Planning Commission will hold a public hearing during a regular meeting of the Planning Commission to be held at the St. Louis City Hall, located at 300 North Mill Street on January 14, 2026, at 5:30 in accordance with Act 33 of 2008, MCL 125.3801 et. seq. The purpose of this public hearing is to provide an opportunity for residents and interested citizens to express their opinions, ask questions, and discuss all aspects of the proposed Gratiot Countywide Master Plan to be adopted as The City of St. Louis master plan. Written comments may be submitted on or before the date of the public hearing by directing any comments to Jamie Long , 300 North Mill, St. Louis, MI 48880.

You may also review and download a copy of the proposed Master Plan at: bit.ly/DraftGCMP25 .
