Article V,  Sec. 2-192. Powers and duties.

The Saint Louis Downtown Development Authority, established pursuant to Act 197 of the Public Acts of 1975 of the State of Michigan, as from time to time amended, shall have all the powers, duties and authority prescribed in said Act and amendments thereto.

Meetings of the Downtown Development Authority are held the 4^th Thursday of every month at 12:15 p.m. in Council Chambers.  Downtown Development Authority meetings are open to the public and citizens are encouraged to attend.
