NORTH MILL STREET in Downtown St. Louis will be getting a new black overlay street coating on MONDAY July 8 and TUESDAY July 9, weather permitting. The plan is to do the 100 BLOCK early in the morning of July 8, then move to the 300 BLOCK as soon as that’s done. If weather conditions are OK it should only take a few hours to dry. Then TUESDAY, the 200 BLOCK will be done. Do NOT WALK OR DRIVE on the street surface until all barricades are removed. If it is still wet, it can damage shoes, car paint, etc. Thank you!
