From October 1 to December 1, fall leaves at residential lots in the City of St. Louis can be raked loose to the curb for pickup. Do not rake leaf piles into the street or in any way obstruct traffic. Take care to make sure leaf piles do not include branches, twigs, other yard waste, or animal waste. Branches and twigs should be piled separately for brush pick-up. Yard waste must be bagged. Animal waste cannot be composted and must be disposed of in the trash.
