Join the celebration of the life and legacy of PFC Richard “Ricky” Rosas on Sunday, May 25, 2025.
At 11:00 a.m. there will be a statue dedication at the intersection of Michigan Avenue and M-46 (next to the existing wars memorial monument). Immediately following the dedication will be a luncheon at the Heroes Center (1329 Michigan Avenue) featuring good food, great company, and heartfelt memories. Show your patriotic spirit and honor Ricky’s service with friends, family, and community!
