Farmers’ Market

Thursday, June 2 @ 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm

St Louis City Hall Community Center
300 North Mill Street, St. Louis, MI, USA

The mission of the St. Louis Farmers Market is to create a diverse and thriving market place for local farmers and crafters to sell their goods.

For the 2022 season, the market starts on Thursday, June 2nd from 2pm-6pm. We will be open every Thursday from 2pm-6pm from June through the end of October. Located at 300 N. Mill Street in the St. Louis City Hall Parking lot.

We will have music at the market each week. MyMichigan Medical Center is scheduled for 3 cooking demonstrations (July 28, Aug 4 and Sept 22). MSU Extension will be at the market for a Food Preservations Demo on July 7 and Pressure Canner Gauge Test on Aug 25. National Farmers Market Week will be celebrated on Aug 11 at the market with games for kids and special vendors. Trick-or-Treat at the market will be held on our last market day – Oct 27. We have more events up our sleeve too!

We have more vendors for 2022! Keep an eye on our Facebook page (@stlouisrm) in May. We will be highlighting several of our new and returning vendors. We will be setting up differently this season due to Covid restrictions being lifted. It will be easier for customers to enter the market from all sides. We will still offer free masks and handwashing/sanitizer for those who desire to use them. We will still be offering our food assistance programs (SNAP, Double Up Food Bucks, WIC Project Fresh, Senior Market Fresh and Prescription for Health). Changes this season: Double Up Food Bucks will be matching up to $20 that is spent on the SNAP/EBT CarD (Bridge Card). Senior Market Fresh Coupons will be increased to a $5 value each this season. The Prescription for Health program is recruiting participants now. Please contact Rex Hoyt at MMDHD for more information about Prescription for Health (rhoyt@mmdhd.org or 989-831-3627).
