Downtown St. Louis businesses hold their own Trick-or-Treat hours, since they’re normally closed during traditional trick-or-treat hours. Children 12 and under are invited to visit participating downtown businesses on Thursday October 29th between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. to receive a treat! Look for a list of participating businesses closer to the date of the event. You can follow updates by visiting their Facebook event page.

All local businesses are welcome to participate. If you plan to be open and hand out candy, please email Elsie at eburton@stlouismi.com. Businesses/organizations located outside of downtown are also welcome to participate. Elsie will reserve a space in City Hall’s parking lot, facing the sidewalk on N. Mill Street (just contact her). This is typically a well attended event, weather permitting.
