Downtown St. Louis businesses hold their own Trick or Treat hours, since they’re normally closed during traditional trick-or-treat hours. Children 12 and under are invited to visit participating downtown businesses between 3 and 5 p.m. on Thursday October 26th to receive candy! A list of businesses will be posted the week prior to the event.
