Downtown St. Louis businesses hold their own Trick or Treat hours, since they’re normally closed during traditional trick-or-treat hours. Children 12 and under are invited to visit participating downtown businesses on Thursday October 31st to receive candy!

Look for times and the list of participating businesses closer to the date of the event.
