St. Louis has been actively boosting its economy and has created a number of unique advantages to businesses locating in our community. Woodside Industrial Center (see plat below) offers the following:

The municipally owned park is a 111 acre platted industrial subdivision with all improvements in place. Key features of the park include:

-Direct rail access to the Mid-Michigan Railroad Co.
-Located less than one mile from the US 27/M-46 interchange
-Eleven lots ranging in size from 1 to 4 acres (may be consolidated for larger users)

Renaissance Zone

A 247-acre Renaissance Zone was created in 1997 east of the City and south of M-46 at Croswell Road.  This area offers tax incentives through the year 2012 and industry is encouraged.
