If you would like to be placed on the permanent absent voter list, please contact the City Clerk. Absent Ballots are not sent automatically; however, members on the permanent absent voter list will be sent an application for a ballot that must be returned prior to each election you wish to participate in.
For those not on the permanent list, Absent Ballot Applications are usually made available 6 weeks prior to an election.
On Saturday, November 4, 2017 the City Clerk's Office will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to accept absent ballot applications for voters applying or returning ballots that day.
On Monday, November 6, 2017 voters may vote a ballot in the City Clerk's Office if they are unable to make it physically to the polls on Tuesday's Election Day.
