Mayor George Kubin can preform civil marriages in the City limits of St. Louis. The Mayor charges $100.00 for a civil marriage ceremony. Fees paid for marriages are non-refundable when the marriage is scheduled. The Mayor uses his marriage fees to provide a St. Louis High School Senior with $1,500.00 college scholarship.
Any St. Louis High School Senior can apply for the scholarship in the Guidance Office at St. Louis High School. Students with an interest in city or public administration or politics as a course of study are favored.
