Public Services Director

 
 

The City of St. Louis Public Utilities include the City's Municipal Electric Department, the Public Works Department and the Water & Wastewater Department. These three departments oversee the electric, storm sewers, roads, water mains, sanitary sewers within the City boundaries as well as the wastewater treatment plant. You will also encounter City personnel helping to maintain the cemetery, the various City parks as well as the municipal pool.

Keith Risdon, who oversees the operations of the utilities departments, brings 25 years of experience as a municipal engineering consultant along with 10 years of experience in the private development field to the City staff.

If you have a problem which involves the City's utilities services, please feel free to contact Keith between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at (989) 681-2613. After hours you can contact the City by calling (989) 875-7505. The City's Utilities departments are on-call 24 hour a day, 7 days a week.
